- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Tear the cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the core. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon pieces in the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add the cabbage and onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add the sauce mixture (soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ginger) and stir to combine.
