INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
Seasoning
- 🥛 4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, wash between the leaves, and drain well.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients (☆), then add cabbage and salmon. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the marinated cabbage and salmon without overlapping, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
