INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (160g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g cabbage, chopped
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

ÉTAPES
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces and trim the root of shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and cut into 4 pieces each.
Heat half the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place salmon skin-side down, and cook for 2 minutes. Flip, cover, and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove salmon.
Add remaining salad oil to the pan, heat, and add cabbage and shimeji mushrooms. Cover and steam-fry for 1–1.5 minutes until cabbage softens. Uncover and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Return salmon to the pan, add sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mustard, honey), and stir-fry until evenly coated.
