INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
- 🥦 1 bag of stir-fry cut vegetables
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Finishing
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon into three pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix all the ☆ seasoning ingredients together.
Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook the other side until browned, then remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan with a paper towel, add the remaining 1 tsp of salad oil, and heat over medium heat. Add the cut vegetables and stir-fry until coated in oil. Return the salmon to the pan, pour the ☆ seasoning mixture over, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for about 1 minute.
Add the butter and mix over medium heat until everything is well combined.
