Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🌱 6 green beans
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- 🌾 Enough flour to coat
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🥚 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to make Aurora Sauce.
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them diagonally into 4cm pieces.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the salmon, and pan-fry for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Add green beans and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Drain excess oil and toss the salmon and green beans with the Aurora Sauce.
