INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
Other
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧈 20g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon into 3-4 pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan, and once melted, place the salmon skin-side down. Cook over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.
Add the green onion and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the green onion softens.
Add the soy sauce and mix quickly to combine.
