- 🐟 4 fillets (400g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leek (white part only)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan and grill the white part of the leek until browned and fragrant.
Add the salmon fillets to the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Combine mirin, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds in a bowl to make the sauce.
