INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
- 20g soy-marinated ikura
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Staple
- 🍚 200g cooked white rice
Toppings
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 3 julienned shiso leaves
- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
Liquid
- 💧 30cc water
ÉTAPES
Julienne the shiso leaves. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook until browned, then add 30cc of water, cover, and steam for about 3 minutes.
Flip the salmon fillet and cook the other side. Add more water if needed, cover again, and steam for another 3 minutes. Remove the salmon from the pan.
Remove the skin from the cooked salmon and flake the flesh. In a pot, combine the salmon, sake, mirin, and salt. Cook over low heat while stirring with chopsticks until the salmon becomes crumbly.
Mix the sesame seeds with the cooked rice and place it in a bowl. Arrange the salmon, shredded nori, julienned shiso leaves, and soy-marinated ikura on top for a visually appealing presentation.
