    • 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
  • Fish

    • 🐟 1 piece (80g) salted salmon
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bunch (25g) mitsuba
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 💧 600ml water

Rinse the cooked white rice in a sieve under water and drain well.

Cut the mitsuba into 3cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salted salmon until browned. Flip and cook through, then remove skin and bones, and flake the salmon.

In a pot, combine all seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Add the rice and flaked salmon, and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Add the mitsuba and stir for about 10 seconds. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
