- 🥬 240g napa cabbage (3 leaves)
- 🥛 100cc unsweetened soy milk
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In a pot, combine water, grated ginger, sake, chicken broth powder, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil.
Add the salmon fillets and napa cabbage to the pot. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Pour in the unsweetened soy milk and gently stir. Simmer for another 5 minutes without boiling.
Serve hot in bowls and enjoy.
