Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 leaves (240g) napa cabbage
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 300ml water
- 🥛 100ml milk
ÉTAPES
Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice green onions thinly.
Remove the skin from salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry.
In a pot, combine dashi powder, sake, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add salmon and cook for 2 minutes. Add napa cabbage, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add milk and heat until just before boiling. Turn off the heat, dissolve miso, and warm over low heat. Serve in bowls and garnish with green onions.
