- 🐙 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 5g dried seaweed mix
- 60g pre-cut salad vegetables
Dressing
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in water and drain well.
Cut the salmon and boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces using a slanted knife motion.
Mix all the dressing ingredients (yuzu pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and water) in a bowl.
Arrange the salad vegetables, salmon, octopus, and seaweed mix on a plate. Drizzle with the yuzu pepper dressing.
