    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧈 10g salted butter

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Slice potatoes into half-moon shapes and soak in water. Drain and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Slice green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Cut salmon into 4 pieces and coat with salt and cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a pan, add salmon and potatoes, and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip, add green onion and sake, cover, and steam on low-medium heat for 3 minutes.
