INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough all-purpose flour to coat
Vegetables
- 🥔 150g potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍀 6 green beans, halved diagonally
Condiments
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Enough pepper to taste
- 1/3 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then cut into thirds. Coat with all-purpose flour.
Cut the green beans diagonally into halves.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the potato pieces in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container for 4 minutes at 600W.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add salmon and potato, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until browned.
Add the green beans and stir-fry briefly.
Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine, then turn off the heat and add soy sauce around the edge of the pan. Mix well.
