Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), thinly sliced
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Curry Cream
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the potatoes (5mm thickness), rinse in water, and drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4.5–5 minutes. Let cool.
Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the curry cream ingredients (heavy cream, salt, pepper, curry powder, and grated cheese) in a bowl.
Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, add half of the salmon pieces, and pour half of the curry cream mixture over. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, salmon, and curry cream. Sprinkle shredded pizza cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
