INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, 150g, thinly sliced
- 🥦 1/3 head of broccoli, chopped
Topping
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the potato into 5mm thin slices and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Mix the miso, mayonnaise, and milk in a bowl to create the sauce.
Arrange the ingredients in a heatproof dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake in a toaster oven for about 15 minutes until the potato and salmon are cooked through.
