Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Cut off the hard stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice them in half. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook salmon until golden on both sides, then push to the side. Add butter, shiitake mushrooms, and cabbage, and stir-fry until softened. Add the sauce and stir to combine.
