Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/6 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/6 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Finishing
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Slice the red and yellow bell peppers thinly.
Season the salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the salmon, shimeji mushrooms, and bell peppers on a cooking sheet. Drizzle half the sake and soy sauce over each portion, then seal the sheet to form a packet. Repeat to make two packets.
Microwave the packets on a heatproof plate at 600W for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Serve the packets on a plate and top with salted butter while hot.
