INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🍠 1/3 sweet potato, sliced thinly
- 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Miso Mayo Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Cut the sweet potato lengthwise in half, then slice into thin 5mm pieces. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the miso mayo sauce ingredients (sake, miso, mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Place sweet potato, shimeji mushrooms, and salmon fillets on aluminum foil in order. Pour the sauce over and top with butter.
Fold the foil tightly to seal and bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
