INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🐟 50g smoked salmon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 turnips (80g), diced
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Gelatin
- 4g gelatin powder
- 💧 2 tbsp cold water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200ml water
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle gelatin powder into cold water in a bowl and let it bloom.
Dice cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and turnips into 1cm cubes. Halve cherry tomatoes.
Heat the seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, and water) in a pot over medium heat until just before boiling. Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
Pour 1/4 of the gelatin mixture into each serving dish, making 4 portions. Let cool and refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
Top each set jelly with 1/4 of the cucumber, yellow bell pepper, turnips, cherry tomatoes, and smoked salmon.
