INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces (160g) salmon
Seasoning
- 2 tsp flour
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetables
- 🥦 60g broccoli
- 🍆 60g eggplant
- 20g bell pepper
- 🍄 30g king oyster mushroom
- 🍄 24g shiitake mushroom
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
- Sufficient amount of frying oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tsp concentrated noodle soup base
- 2 tsp vinegar
ÉTAPES
Coat the salmon pieces with flour and season with salt and pepper.
Heat frying oil and deep-fry the salmon until golden brown. Set aside.
In a separate pan, heat salad oil and stir-fry broccoli, eggplant, bell pepper, king oyster mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms until tender.
Mix soy sauce, sake, noodle soup base, and vinegar in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Add the fried salmon to the stir-fried vegetables and pour the sauce over. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
