Base
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice (150g)
- 🟩 1/4 sheet of nori
Main
- 🐟 1 fillet of fresh salmon (100g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Corn Mayo
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 1 tsp grated cheese
- A pinch of black pepper
Sides
- 🌭 2 sausages (40g)
- 🥦 2 florets of broccoli
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle salt on the salmon fillet.
Make diagonal cuts on the sausages.
In a bowl, mix frozen corn, mayonnaise, grated cheese, and black pepper to make the corn mayo.
Place aluminum foil on a baking tray. Put the salmon fillet on the tray and spread the corn mayo over it. Arrange the broccoli and sausages around the salmon. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Pack cooked rice into a bento box and place the nori sheet on top. Add the baked salmon, sausages, and broccoli.
