- 🧅 30g thinly sliced onion
- 30g mizuna greens
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces and mix them in a bowl.
Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces using a slanted cutting technique.
Mix all sauce ingredients (vinegar, salt, pepper, sesame oil) in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange the salmon slices radially on a plate, place the onion and mizuna mixture in the center, and drizzle the sauce over the dish.
