- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Mix sake, mirin, sugar, and miso to create the marinade.
Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Slice the onion and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated salmon until golden brown on both sides.
Add the onion and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Serve the salmon and vegetables hot.
