- 🍞 2 slices sandwich bread
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/3 bag spinach
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 🥛 100 ml milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🍯 Honey to taste
Butter
- 🧈 5 g salted butter
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces and remove the skin from salmon. Place spinach and salmon in a microwave-safe container, add sake, salt, and pepper, and mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Mix the egg, milk, and sugar in a bowl to create the egg mixture. Pour into a shallow dish and soak the bread slices for about 5 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread, then layer with cooked salmon and spinach. Top with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat. Cook the sandwich until both sides are golden brown. Serve on a plate and drizzle with honey if desired.
