INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 70g yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 100g onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Curry Nanban Sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water, then drain. Slice the yellow bell pepper thinly after removing the stem and seeds.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
In a bowl, mix the onion, yellow bell pepper, and curry nanban sauce ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon skin-side down for about 2 minutes. Flip and fry for another 2 minutes, then drain excess oil.
Add the fried salmon to the bowl with the mixed vegetables and sauce, and gently combine.
