Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
Condiments
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion, cut the enoki mushrooms in half, and julienne the carrot.
Place half of the onion, enoki mushrooms, carrot, salmon, salt, butter, and lemon on aluminum foil. Wrap tightly. Repeat for the second portion.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes. Open the foil and drizzle with ponzu sauce and sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
