INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced thinly
- 🍄 1/2 pack of shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🧈 20g salted butter

- 🍋 1 shikuwasa, sliced into rounds
ÉTAPES
Slice the shikuwasa into rounds, thinly slice the onion, and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand after removing the root.
Place the sliced onion on aluminum foil, drizzle with mayonnaise, and lay the salmon fillets on top. Surround the salmon with shimeji mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, add butter, and top with shikuwasa slices. Wrap tightly.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan, add water to about 1cm depth, cover with a lid, and steam-cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
