Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 3 pieces of okra
- Enough all-purpose flour for coating
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 pieces of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Grate the ginger. Rub okra with salt, rinse, and trim the ends. Cut okra diagonally in half. Microwave okra in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W, then drain excess water.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and coat both sides lightly with flour.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (ginger, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the salmon, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat until cooked through.
Remove excess oil from the pan, add the seasoning mixture, and simmer until the salmon is coated. Plate the salmon and serve with okra.
