- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🥔 300g potatoes
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🍄 4 mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp flour for salmon
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Mashed Potatoes
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
White Sauce
- 2 tbsp flour for sauce
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut broccoli into small florets. Slice onion and mushrooms thinly.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, drain, and microwave for 5 minutes until soft. Mash and mix with mashed potato ingredients.
Pat salmon dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, cook salmon until browned on both sides, then remove.
Wipe the pan clean, add butter, and sauté broccoli, onion, and mushrooms until softened. Add flour and cook until no longer powdery, then add remaining white sauce ingredients and stir until thickened.
Layer the sautéed vegetables and salmon in a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, create patterns with a fork, and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
