Fish
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 250g grated yam
- 🥬 200g spinach
Dairy
- 🧈 5g salted butter
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Yam Sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Cut the spinach into 4cm pieces and divide the salmon into 4 portions.
Boil water in a pan, blanch the spinach briefly, then cool in water and squeeze out excess moisture. Clean the pan and dry it.
Heat butter in the pan, cook the salmon on both sides until fully cooked, then remove. Season both salmon and spinach with salt and pepper.
Grate the yam into a bowl, mix with salt, miso, and mayonnaise to create the yam sauce.
Place the salmon and spinach into a heatproof dish, pour the yam sauce over, and sprinkle shredded cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
