INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🎃 300g pumpkin
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- Flour for coating salmon
- 3 tbsp flour for sauce
White Sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🥛 300ml milk
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into 2cm cubes and separate broccoli into small florets. Microwave broccoli with water for 2 minutes, then drain.
Microwave pumpkin for 5 minutes, remove seeds and skin. Mash the flesh and shape part of it into decorative balls.
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat butter in a pot, fry salmon on both sides until golden, then remove.
In the same pot, sauté onion until translucent. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add water while stirring, then season with salt, pepper, and mashed pumpkin.
Return salmon to the pot, cover, and simmer for 5–6 minutes. Add milk and broccoli, simmer for another 1–2 minutes.
Serve the stew in bowls, garnish with pumpkin balls and Halloween-themed decorations.
