ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the tomatoes and chop them into chunks.
Place the salmon fillets in a frying pan. Add the chopped tomatoes, sake, and olive oil.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Let the dish cool slightly, then serve with boiled broccoli and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
