Salmon Meunière
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 2 tsp chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook on low heat until the skin is golden and crispy. Flip the salmon, cover with a lid, and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Finely mince the boiled egg and onion.
Combine all tartar sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Plate the salmon meunière, drizzle with tartar sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
