    • 🥦 2 stalks of asparagus, sliced diagonally
    • 🥓 1 slice of bacon, chopped
    • 1/4 tsp soy sauce
    • 🥪 1/4 tsp mayonnaise
    • 2 pinches of bonito flakes

Cut the salmon into thirds. Mix soy sauce, sake, and mirin in a bowl, then marinate the salmon for 10 minutes. Pat dry and wrap each piece with nori.

Line a frying pan with foil, folding the center into a 2cm ridge. Place asparagus and bacon on one side, and the salmon on the other.

Add the sauce to the asparagus and bacon, stir well, and remove from the pan. Cook the salmon until done, then add a bit of the marinade and coat evenly.
