INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🌽 2 tbsp corn
Condiments
- 🟩 2 sheets nori seaweed
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sake
ÉTAPES
Julienne the cucumber and cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Mix miso and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Place the salmon in a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked. Remove skin and bones, then flake the salmon.
Mix the cooked rice, corn, and salt in a bowl.
Combine the flaked salmon with the miso-mayo sauce in a separate bowl.
On a sheet of plastic wrap, layer nori, half the rice mixture, cucumber, salmon mixture, and the remaining rice. Wrap with nori, let sit for a while, and cut in half.
