Fish
- 🐟 3 pieces of fresh salmon
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced into 5mm rings
Condiments
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Other
- Flour for coating
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Pat the fresh salmon dry with a paper towel and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Chop the cabbage into rough pieces and slice the bell peppers into 5mm rings, removing stems and seeds.
Mix ketchup and miso in a container until well combined.
Beat the egg in a bowl. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, dip the salmon pieces into the beaten egg, and fry. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the salmon.
Once the salmon is browned on both sides, push it to the side of the pan. Add cabbage and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the ketchup-miso mixture and toss everything together.
