INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups washed rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece salted salmon (80g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 40g frozen shelled edamame
- 🌽 50g frozen corn
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- Water as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
Finishing
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- Chopped parsley to taste
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle sake on the salmon and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Add washed rice and seasonings (marked with ☆) to the rice cooker. Add water up to the 2-cup mark and mix well. Flatten the rice evenly.
Add edamame and corn on top of the rice, then place the salmon on top. Cook as usual in the rice cooker.
Once cooked, remove the salmon, discard the skin and bones, and flake the salmon back into the rice cooker. Mix well with the rice and add butter.
Serve the pilaf in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
