INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 350g warm cooked rice
- 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
Fish
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
- 🧅 35g minced fresh onion
- 8 shiso leaves
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
Seaweed
- 🟩 4 sheets roasted nori
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mix the warm cooked rice with sushi vinegar in a bowl and let it cool to make sushi rice.
Dice the avocado into 1.5cm cubes, mince the onion, and remove the stems from the shiso leaves.
Cut the salmon into 1.5cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Add the salmon, avocado, and onion, then toss to coat. Let it marinate for 5 minutes to make salmon poke.
Cut the nori sheets in half. Arrange the lettuce, shiso leaves, salmon poke, and sushi rice on a serving plate.
