- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- Enough flour to coat
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 🧅 5cm minced green onion
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion finely.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides, then coat it lightly with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the salmon, and cook until both sides are golden brown. Plate the salmon.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel, add the sauce ingredients, and heat until lightly reduced. Pour the sauce over the salmon.
