    • 🌱 4 okra pods

    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 50cc sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 to taste salt
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Place salmon and seasoning (sake, mirin, soy sauce) in a pan. Cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove salmon, discard skin and bones, and flake the meat. Heat the pan again and cook the salmon until moisture evaporates.

Mix egg and mirin in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Stir, cover again, and microwave for another 30 seconds. Mix until crumbly.

Wrap okra in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cool in water and drain.

Slice okra into 5mm rings and mix with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
