Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 pack smoked salmon
- 1/4 paprika
- 🥒 1/4 cucumber or carrot
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 6 chicory leaves
- A small amount of sprouts
- Capers to taste
Sauce Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tbsp mustard
- 0.5 tbsp plum syrup
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp apple vinegar
- 🧅 0.5 tbsp minced onion
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- Pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
Slice the onion thinly and soak in water for 30 minutes, then drain. Prepare other vegetables by washing, slicing thinly, and draining.
Place vegetables and capers on thawed smoked salmon and roll tightly. Cut chicory leaves in half lengthwise and include them in the roll.
Top the rolls with capers and drizzle the prepared sauce over them.
