- A small amount of okara powder
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 🌰 20g sliced almonds
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Prepare the coating by dipping the salmon in egg white, then coating it with okara powder and sliced almonds.
Place the coated salmon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the almonds are golden and the salmon is cooked through.
Serve the salmon with cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and a wedge of lemon. Garnish with Italian parsley.
