    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1 tbsp water

In a pot, combine ginger and sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, water). Bring to a boil, then add enoki mushrooms and simmer for 3 minutes.
