INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 200g lotus root
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- A small amount of mitsuba
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A suitable amount of flour
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Broth
- 200g grated daikon
- 1 1/2 cups dashi stock
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Season the salmon fillets with salt and coat them lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and grill the salmon fillets until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Slice the lotus root and green onion. Grill them lightly in the same pan.
In a pot, combine grated daikon, dashi stock, soy sauce, and salt. Bring to a simmer.
Add the grilled salmon and vegetables to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped mitsuba and serve warm.
