- 🐟 300g salmon fillets
Nuts
- 🥜 20g peanuts, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Coating
- Potato starch as needed
Cooking Oil

Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Chop the peanuts roughly.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Fry the salmon pieces for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
Remove excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, gochujang, honey, soy sauce) and coat the salmon. Mix in the chopped peanuts.
