INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 120g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- A pinch of toasted white sesame seeds
Sesame Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Mix sake, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool, then add ground sesame and sesame oil to create the sesame sauce.
Cut the salmon into 7mm slices.
Add the salmon to the sesame sauce and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onion and toasted white sesame seeds.
