INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 pack boiled soba noodles
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 100g grated daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water. Mix the grated daikon with yuzu kosho in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon until both sides are golden and fully cooked.
Wash the soba noodles under running water and drain. Mix noodle sauce and water in a separate bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
Plate the soba noodles, cooked salmon, and grated daikon mixture. Pour the sauce over and garnish with chopped green onions.
