- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice

- 🐟 80g salted salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, 150g, diced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder

ÉTAPES
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
In the rice cooker, add the soaked rice, seasonings (salt, pepper, dashi powder), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice evenly.
Layer the diced potato on top of the rice, then place the salted salmon fillet on top. Start the rice cooker on the regular cooking setting.
Once cooked, remove the salmon skin and bones. Add butter and gently mix everything together, flaking the salmon as you stir.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
