- 1 stalk green onion
- 200g cabbage
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic

Cut the green onion into white and green parts. Slice the white part diagonally. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Cut chives into 4cm lengths. Slice garlic thinly.
In a pot, add pork motsu, green onion (green part), and enough water to cover the pork motsu. Boil on high heat, then reduce to medium heat and remove scum while boiling for 20 minutes. Wash and drain the pork motsu.
In another pot, heat garlic, red chili, and the seasonings (sake, salt, chicken stock, water) over medium heat until boiling. Add pork motsu, green onion (white part), cabbage, and bean sprouts. Skim off scum and simmer for 3 minutes, then cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
